A 26-year-old Bellevue man who was taken into custody in connection to last month’s reported armed robbery at El Ranchito, 240. S. Webster Avenue has been charged.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche, 26, on March 12, 2024:
- Armed Robbery with Threat of Force, Repeater
- Possession of THC – 2nd and Subsequent Offense – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime – Repeater
- Endangering Safety by Use of Dangerous Weapon – Pointing a Firearm at Another – Repeater
When Fuentes-Nietzsche was arrested on March 4, 2024, law enforcement recovered an undisclosed sum of cash and a handgun, which are both believed to be related to the incident on February 17, 2024.
This remains an active investigation. Nothing further will be released at this time.
