Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for observed traffic violations. During a subsequent search, a loaded firearm was discovered. ARRESTED: Jamie Ceja, 24 and Angel Ayala, 24, for weapon- related charges.

The male victim, 43, was in the area when the suspects approached and struck him in the head. The suspects fled and the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening wounds. SUSPECTS: One Black male adult, one white male adult and a female.
5. False Imprisonment Arrest (0300) 400 Block of Jill Circle, Bear Creek District
The adult female victim was at her home when the suspect refused to let her leave. The suspect brandished a firearm and threatened to kill her and her family if she left. The victim managed to call the police for help, and responding officers took the suspect into custody without incident. Officers recovered a firearm from the suspect. ARRESTED: Tim Espinoza, 31, for assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, false imprisonment, and weapon charges
