INCIDENT: PC 459 Burglary
LOCATION: 1600 Washington Street, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Brian Lillard, 49 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Needles High School
SUMMARY: On March 11, 2024, at approximately 2:10 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department responded to a burglary report at Needles High School. When deputies arrived, they learned the suspect broke into the snack bar and stole property. During the investigation, deputies identified Brian Lillard as the suspect.
On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at approximately 4:13 p.m., deputies contacted Brian Lillard at his home and recovered some of the stolen property. Deputies later returned the recovered property to Needles High School.
Brian Lillard was consequently arrested and booked at the Colorado River Station jail for PC 459- Burglary and an outstanding warrant for PC 422(A)- Criminal Threats and PC 12303.2(A)(1) - Violation of Probation. Lillard remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
