Mayor Ravi. S. Bhalla will deliver his fifth State of the City address on Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at the Mile Square Theater, 1400 Clinton St.
The event is open to the public and tickets are required, free of charge, and available on a first come, first served basis.
