* At 703 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Alexandria, or 10 miles south of Fairmount, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Muncie, Elwood, Alexandria, Yorktown, Albany, Frankton, Eaton, Summitville, Gaston, Selma, Orestes, and Ball State University. This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 238 and 252.
