Flash Flood Warning 
NWS has issued a Flash Flood WARNING for Washington County until 10:45 PM. Excessive rainfall has or will cause flooding of low lying areas and roadways. 2 - 3 inches of rain has fallen, plus up to 1 inch more could come from storms.
Instructions:
Turn Around, Don't Drown. Do not drive through flooded areas. Report flooded roadways to local authorities.
