* Locations impacted include... Shelbyville, Greensburg, Rushville, Adams, Milford, Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Milroy, Glenwood, Clarksburg, Waldron, Moscow, Newpoint, New Salem, Manilla, Lake Santee, Sandusky, and Arlington. This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 113 and 144.
