At risk missing juvenile from Bakersfield
The Kern County Sheriff's office is requesting your assistance in location missing juvenile Ryder Rene Garcia Dob 5/27/2012, 11 years old, white female 5'06, 120lbs, brown hair, green eyes. Juvenile was last seen today's date around 0200 hours wearing a dark colored shirt, tan sweatpants with a "minion" graphic, and was barefoot.
