* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling to 5.2 feet early Friday afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
