UPDATE:

The incident at Doolittle Drive and Carden Street has been peacefully resolved. 

SLPD was on scene regarding a subject seen in the area with a rifle.  After the associated subjects were detained without incident, police recovered and confiscated 2 replica firearms that closely resembled actual rifles.  

There is no threat to public safety stemming from this incident, and police will be clearing the area shortly.
