“Through my 30+ years of law enforcement service, I have learned that success is born out of the ability to lead, recognize, and develop leadership in others so they may carry forward the law enforcement legacy. As Commander, my passion and ability to create leadership that is built on integrity, transparency, cooperation, collaboration, and communication while being fair are investments that I can contribute to the Green Bay Police Department. I chose to be a servant leader, and I have proven throughout my career my reliability in deliverables, developing trust not only among those I lead but with those I serve,” said Inspector Shannon Seymer-Tabaska of the Milwaukee Police Department.
