* WHERE...Portions of central, northwest and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. For the Wind Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
