INCIDENT: Attempted Murder

SUSPECT(S): Dylan Holsey, Age 28, Resident of Las Vegas, Nevada
Kenecka Jones, Age 33, Resident of Los Angeles
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 1:23 A.M., Rancho Cucamonga deputies responded to reports of a shooting outside of the 4th & Mill Bar and Grill. A physical altercation occurred in the parking lot of the location, which led to a shooting. One victim was struck by gunfire and was transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital for treatment. During the investigation, Dylan Holsey, was identified as the suspect who shot the victim.
On March 16, 2024, at 12:01 P.M., the vehicle Holsey was driving was located and stopped by Barstow Sheriff's Station deputies and the California Highway Patrol on the 15 Freeway, as he traveled back to the Las Vegas area. Kenecka Jones was found in the vehicle with Holsey. Holsey was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center for PC664/187- Attempted Murder. Jones was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center for PC32- Accessory to Attempted Murder. Through investigation, it was determined Holsey and Jones were the only suspects involved in the shooting.
