...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM AKDT THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Unalaska and surrounding area.
* WHEN...Until 245 PM AKDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Expect continued overflow in poor drainage areas and
water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 907 AM AKDT, Some areas of Unalaska were still
experiencing minor road flooding from the heavy rain on
Tuesday morning. An additional 1-2 inches of rainfall is
expected tonight, which could cause additional impacts to
roads across the region through Thursday.
