The Highlands Police Department would like to inform residents that there will be no parking on the entire length of Bay Avenue tomorrow morning, Friday, March 22nd for street cleaning. Residents should ensure that they do not park on the Northbound side (bridge to Huddy Park) of Bay Avenue between 7:00 a.m. & 8:00 a.m. or on the Southbound side (Huddy Park to bridge) between 8:00 a.m. & 9:00 a.m. Violators will be issued summonses.
