* WHERE...Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland and Macomb Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to midnight EDT Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Snow is initially expected to expand across the region through the rush hour commute, between 6AM - 9AM, where totals on the order of 1-2 inches are expected. Localized higher amounts up to around 3 inches will be possible with any snow banding. Decreasing snowfall rates with some rain mixing in, or a lull in snowfall, is then expected during the early afternoon. A secondary window for snow is then expected through the late afternoon and into the evening hours, where an additional 1-2 inches will again be possible.
