National Weather Services Issues Flood Watch For Bergen County from 8:00 a.m. Saturday Through 2:00 a.m. Sunday
Fair Lawn Emergency Management is monitoring a storm system that will affect our area, with rain, starting around midnight tonight and continuing through midnight tomorrow night. The heaviest rain will occur on Saturday afternoon (12pm -6pm). Total rainfall is expected to be around 2 -3 inches for the entire event. Runoff will result in minor to moderate flash flooding of rivers, small creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations. Urban flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas is likely. Minor tidal flooding is possible for this event.

Saddle River at Lodi is expected to crest Saturday, at 0000 hours, at 5 ft
Winds will be 10-15 mph, with gusts to 30 mph. Winds may cause down tree limbs, resulting in power outages.
