* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Snow accumulations of up
  to two inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze to a tenth
  of an inch.

* WHERE...Yates, Seneca, Southern Cayuga and Steuben counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing
  rain will move in this afternoon, and likely remain a mix of
  precipitation through Saturday afternoon.
