CKTN: Utility Construction on Tongass Ave. beginning 3/25-6/15, please watch for traffic changes and drive safely 
The City of Ketchikan advises residents of planned utility construction on Tongass Avenue, beginning March 25th - June 15th.
Dawson Construction and the City of Ketchikan will be rehabilitating the city sewer main on Tongass Avenue, between Jefferson Street and White Cliff Avenue. During construction northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane. Work requiring flagging operations will occur at night. All business access and pedestrian routes will remain open during construction. Please be advised that lane shift locations may change during the project and minor delays can be anticipated.
Please watch for changes in traffic patterns, your safety and those of the workers are our priority.
