* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With 2 to 4 inches of rain anticipated, trees may be more susceptible to uprooting due to a saturated surface.
