* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following county, New Castle, New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer, and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Rain is expected to continue into the afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of at least 0.5 to 1.5 inch are expected over the area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Ewing, Chester, Willingboro, Florence and Bellmawr. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 19 and 29...and between mile markers 47 and 71. Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 10. New Jersey Turnpike near exit 3...and between exits 6 and 7A. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and 351. Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 5. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 40. Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1. Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
