* IMPACTS...Flooding along the Bronx River and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 750 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicate flooding along the Bronx River. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
