* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain has resulted in elevated river and stream levels. Minor river and small stream flooding is expected. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Hackensack River and Pascack Brook. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
