* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain has resulted in elevated river and stream levels. Minor river and small stream flooding is expected. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Hackensack River and Pascack Brook. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hackensack, Bergenfield, Nanuet, Tappan, Fort Lee, Englewood, Pearl River, Oradell, Norwood, Orangeburg, Teaneck, Dumont, New Milford, River Edge, Westwood, River Vale, Leonia, Cresskill, Closter and Bogota. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
