* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southern New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington and Camden.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 818 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For South Branch Pennsauken Creek at Cherry Hill: At 7:15pm the stage was 9.81 feet and cresting. Flood Stage is 9 feet. For Cooper at Haddonfield: At 8:00pm the stage was 4.29 feet and falling. Flood Stage is 4.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
