* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Bergen and southeast New York, including the following county, Rockland.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1256 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated minor flooding. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Herring Brook, Hirshfeld Brook, Sparkill Creek, Hudson River, Hackensack River, Mill Creek, Tenakill Brook, Cherry Brook, Losen Slofe, Overpeck Creek and Cresskill Brook. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hackensack, Bergenfield, Nanuet, Tappan, Fort Lee, Englewood, Pearl River, Oradell, Norwood, Orangeburg, Teaneck, Dumont, New Milford, River Edge, Westwood, River Vale, Leonia, Cresskill, Closter and Bogota. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
