Fire Weather Watch until 08:00PM Monday

The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly and exhibit resistance to control. Any outdoor activity that could produce flames or sparks is discouraged.

* AFFECTED AREAS: VAL VERDE ... EDWARDS ... REAL ... KERR ... BANDERA ... KINNEY ... UVALDE ... MEDINA ... MAVERICK ... ZAVALA ... FRIO ... DIMMIT
