* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...From Monday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning due to expected rainfall tonight. The river will crest to 16.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
