#4 Top 10 Fugitive Suspect Tremaine Jackson now in custody for Murder SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN
On June 9, 2021, Tremaine Jackson entered a residence on the 5700 Block of Highway 85. Jackson shot the victim multiple times, which resulted in his death. Armed & Dangerous Tremaine Jackson left the residence with a bag and gun in his hands and jumped into a vehicle, fleeing the scene.
The Clayton County Police Department Investigators led by Chief Kevin Roberts identified Tremaine Jackson and secured the following arrest warrants
Murder
Murder-Felony
Burglary-1st Degree
Weapon-Poss
Aggravated Assault
Firearm-1st Offense
SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN received the warrants and activated the Elite Fugitive Squad to track and bring Jackson to justice.
You can run, but you can’t outrun 3 units and 3 Counties.
Chief Stuart VanHoozer of Cobb County Police activated his VIPER Unit to track Jackson as well for crimes in Cobb.
Chief Mirtha V. Ramos of DeKalb Police activated her SWAT Team to assist.
With all 3 units hot on his trail, Cobb County Police VIPER Unit and DeKalb County Police SWAT cornered Jackson in an apartment complex off of Bouldercrest Rd. (Dekalb County) and took him into custody without incident.
Chief Stuart VanHoozer VIPER Unit took custody of Jackson first to answer Cobb County charges of
Armed Robbery,
Gang Violence,
Aggravated Assault
Possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
After Jackson answers Cobb County's charges, SHERIFF LEVON will send deputies to get him to bring him to 9157 Tara blvd.
