Jasper County Emergency Services along with our 9-1-1 service providers are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Details of the problem are listed below: : All 9-1-1 Calls Not Routing Properly (Full Outage) : Non-emergency Phone Lines, SMS (Text-to-911), VoIP, Wireless (Cellular), Wireline (Landline) : All of Jasper County : AT&T, Boost Mobile, Brightspeed, Century Link, Cingular, Cricket Wireless, Hargray, Lumen, Magic Jack, Mint Mobile, PRTC, Spectrum Mobile, Sprint, Straight Talk, T-Mobile, TracFone, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, Vonage, Xfinity Mobile : Jasper County Dispatch - 843-726-7519, Jasper County Dispatch Alternative - 843-784-6668 : A fiber was cut in the Ravenel area. This fiber delivers 9-1-1 phone calls through the 9-1-1 System. Crews are on site repairs the fiber at this time. Your 9-1-1 call may route to Beaufort County.
