Sumter Utilities is doing work again today in the Melrose Avenue and Melrose Circle areas. Melrose Ave is closed from Melrose Circle up to the intersection with Laurel Ave.
There are flagmen present for locals who live in the area. Closure will be in effect until approximately 5pm.
