1. Resisting Arrest (1025) 1500 Block of East Twelfth Street, Park District
Officers responded to a family disturbance and attempted to detain the suspect. The suspect ignored officers’ commands and resisted arrest. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Jonte Murray, 25, for battery and resisting arrest.
2. Armed Robbery (1054) 1100 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
Two victim employees observed the suspect shoplifting and confronted him. The suspect brandished a firearm at the victims and fled. SUSPECT: Hispanic male in his twenties.
