* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 427 PM PDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
