POWER ISSUES AND POSSIBLE POWER OUTAGE 
There is an issue with the radiator at the power plant that is causing electrical surges. The City crew is working to figure out issue and make the repair. There is a possiblity that the power may go out. If the power does go out the City crew will attempt to restore power as quick as they can.
