* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Los Angeles County.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor urban flooding is expected. Flooded on ramps and off ramps are expected, along with ponding of water over lying areas. In addition, there is an increased threat of mudslide and rockslides, especially in vulnerable areas that have already experienced slides this season.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 925 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated steady moderate rain that is moving very slowly to the east. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or creeks.
