* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, San Benito. In northern California, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 456 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Jose, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, Corralitos, Interlaken, Uvas Canyon Park and San Martin. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
