Social Host Ordinance Violation in Corte Madera 
On Saturday, March 30th at about 9:20 PM, Central Marin Police Officers responded to a report of a noise disturbance in Corte Madera which turned out to be a large juvenile party at a residence. Officers found juveniles gathering on private property with alcohol. A citation for a violation of Corte Madera’s Social Host ordinance was issued. Central Marin Police Authority has a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking, and a Social Host ordinance citation will be issued each time a violation occurs.
