Full Notification

On the early morning of Monday, April 1, 2024, at approximately 1:15 AM, a large structure fire broke out on the south side of Florentine Rd. at Main Street in Prescott Valley. Fire Crews and police are on scene.

The 685,000 square foot building / parking lot structure that was under construction was completley engulfed in flames and is a complete loss. The estimated value of loss to the structure is sixty million dollars.
AREAS STILL OFF LIMITS:
Building A- A portion of this building.  The Homestead Apartments Manager at Talking Glass have been notified. The apartment manager will be contacting those that can and cannot move back in.
ROAD CLOSURES:                                      
Florentine Rd. @ Lake Valley Rd.
Florentine Rd. @ Main Street.
Florentine Rd. @ Glassford Hill Rd.
 
No fire personnel, police officers or citizens have been injured. The fire is still active and being suppressed.
