Flood Watch until 05:00PM Tuesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Blackford, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Pulaski, Wabash, Wells and White.

* WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moist antecedent soil conditions, along with additional rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected again Monday night through Tuesday afternoon. A broad area of 1.5 to 2 inches of additional rainfall is expected, with locally higher amounts possible if training of thunderstorms occurs. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
