Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Knife Point Robbery Suspects
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help with identifying the below-pictured suspects, who robbed a victim while brandishing a knife on March 26, 2024.
Police responded to the robbery, which occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. in the 500 block of 18th Avenue.
As the victim was walking, a group of Black males approached him and one of them demanded that he give them his belongings. The suspect with the knife took his wallet, and all of the males fled westbound on 18th Avenue. They later used the victim’s credit card at Still the Dub, a convenience store located in the 700 block of Springfield Avenue in Irvington.
