The male victim, 32, was in the area when the armed suspect approached and demanded property. The suspect fled prior to taking property. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect. ARRESTED: Javier Ayala, 50, for attempted robbery.
3. Shooting into a Dwelling (0220) 4000 Block of Five Mile Drive, Lakeview District
The male and female victims were in their residence when it was struck by gunfire. There were no reported injuries and no suspect information.
