3/31 - 7:33 p.m. - Police received an Illinois State Police broadcast of a reckless driver headed towards town on Floraville Road. A Millstadt Officer observed the vehicle in the 1200 block of S. Jefferson Street, observed a moving violation, and conducted a traffic stop. Jeffrey T. Ostendorf, 53 of Belleville, arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence - Alcohol, Driving While Susended & Improper Lane Usage.
