Janesville Police Department assisting Milwaukee PD with the funeral for active duty Officer Sather   On 04-02-24 the Janesville Police Department and Rock County Sheriff’s Department will be assisting the Milwaukee Police Department with the funeral for active duty Police Officer Jeffrey A. Sather.   Officer Sather was a Janesville native, and a 20 year member of the Milwaukee Police Department.  He was a part of the Motor Unit for the department   Officer Sather’s Funeral will be held at St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church, 709 Milton Ave.    Following Officer Sather’s Funeral there will be a procession to Milton Lawns Memorial Park.    Citizens should be prepared for traffic delays on Milton Ave. from Walker Street to Milton Lawns Memorial Park due to the procession during the mid-afternoon.

The family is being assisted by Henke Clarson Funeral Home in Janesville, WI.  Services are planned for Tuesday, April 2, 2024 with a Visitation scheduled from 10:30AM until 1:30PM followed immediately by a Memorial Service at 1:30PM.  Arrangements and his obituary will be available here Obituary information for Jeffrey Allan Sather (henkeclarson.com)
