* IMPACTS...Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 712 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Batesville, Brookville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Lake Santee, Franklin, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia and Metamora.
