* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, Decatur, Hancock, Rush and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 102 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbyville, Greenfield, Rushville, New Palestine, Flat Rock, Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy, Manilla, Arlington, Moscow, Waldron, Sandusky, Mays, Boggstown, New Salem and Marietta. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
