* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, Decatur, Hancock, Rush and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 103 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. River and stream gauges indicate most streams will crest and begin to fall over the next hour or two. - Additional rainfall could bring additional flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbyville, Greenfield, Rushville, New Palestine, Flat Rock, Geneva, Morristown, St. Paul, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy, Manilla, Arlington, Moscow, Waldron, Sandusky, Mays, Boggstown, New Salem and Marietta. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
