* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Middlesex, Western Monmouth, Eastern Monmouth, Ocean, Coastal Ocean and Southeastern Burlington.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread minor flooding is forecast with the high tide late tonight. Areas of moderate level coastal flooding are forecast with the high tides Wednesday afternoon through early Thursday morning.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MIDDLESEX ... WESTERN MONMOUTH ... EASTERN MONMOUTH ... OCEAN ... COASTAL OCEAN ... SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON
