* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, Decatur, Hancock, Rush and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, as well as along area rivers and streams. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
