* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Indiana, including the following counties, in central Indiana, Hancock, Madison and Rush. In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.75 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Muncie, Anderson, Greenfield, New Castle, Winchester, Yorktown, Pendleton, Union City, Chesterfield, Knightstown, Albany, Edgewood, Eaton, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Spiceland, Gaston and Selma. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
