LOCATION: 12400 Block of Golden View Street, Phelan
SUSPECT: Jesus Rosas, 26 years-old, Resident of Phelan
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, March 31, 2024, at 6:08pm, deputies responded to a 911 call in the 12400 block of Golden View Street in Phelan.
Through investigtion, deputies learned, 26-year-old Jesus Rosas brandished a knife and was attempting to cut multiple people inside the residence. Deputies arrived and took Rosas into custody for assault with a deadly weapon. While placing Rosas in the back seat of the sheriff’s patrol unit, Rosas kicked one of the arresting deputies in the face.
Jesus Rosas, who is currently on parole, was booked at High Desert Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon and obstructing/ resisting an executive officer. He is currently being held without bail on a parole hold.
