* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Belmont, Carroll, southeastern Columbiana, southern Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas and West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 142 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
